Revolution Slider Basics
Revolution Slider for your WordPress Web Site
Your site uses the Revolution Slider plug-in to display content sliders on your web site. The Revolution Slider software is a licensed version of the program included with the purchase of the Kallyas theme.
Adding a new Slider
From the WordPress Dashboard menu, select Revolution Slider and click the Create New Slider button.
Enter a slider title and alias as instructed. You can accept the default settings for all options for now and click on the green Create Slider button to save, then click the blue Edit Slides button for your new slider on the resulting screen.
Click the New Slide button to add an image-based slide to your slider. Upload or select your slide image from the Media Library, then click insert to save.
Choose the slide you would like to edit in Revolution Slider and click the Edit Slide button. The resulting Edit Slide page contains all of the options for slide display including, links, transitions, and text overlays. To change the slide image, scroll down to the Slider Main Image/Background area and click the Change Image button.
Select the new image to add in the Media Library uploader and click Insert. Set your new image position and options, then click the Update Slide button to save your changes.
