Much of our manufacturing is done in-house including all the welding of the parts used for the tents. We have our experienced in-house fabricators. A few of the parts that we make are center poles, legs for frames, gable eaves, eave pipes, light and heavy-duty rafters, foot plates, butterfly, corners, cables etc.
Using RF welding on PVC vinyl laminated fabrics, the seal is resistant to tearing and Polyurethanes are typically abrasion resistant, preventing damage. Radio frequency welding can be faster than other sealing methods, improving the overall efficiency of manufacturing.
Hot wedge welding is a precise welding process that uses specific heat, speed and pressure to join thermoplastic industrial fabrics, textiles and films. The process involves using a heated wedge that is accurately positioned at the weld point to provide the necessary heat. The fabric is then drawn across the heated wedge. Tightly regulated temperature of the wedge varies from 700°F to 1350°F (400°C to 750°C), ensuring a flawless weld.
